Job description

Protea Recruitment is working with a well-known Food Manufacturer based in the central belt of Scotland looking for a multi-skilled Engineer. This role is 4 on 4 off, days and nights, 6-6.

Key Accountabilities

• Carry out tasks that include but not exclusive to electrical, mechanical and utilities of all assets in all areas of our operations across multi-sites.
  
• Fully support operations in start-ups shutdowns, tooling changes and process problems.
  
• Effectively carry out all planned maintenance and fault finding.
  
• Support a positive can-do attitude that inspires and motivate team members
  

Requirements

• Successful completed an Engineering  Apprenticeship
  
• 3-5 years experience is essential
  
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
  
• HNC Electrical Engineering Preferred
  
• 18th edition preferred
  
• HACCP & Food safety preferred
