Job description
We are currently recruiting for a QHSE Advisor for an engineering client in the Aberdeen area. This is ongoing temporary work for a number of months.
Responsibilities
The mainduties include but will not be limited to:-
Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
Ensure legal and other requirements are met
Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters
Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics
Audit compliance to standards and legal requirements
Ensure accurate records are maintained
Participate in QHSE meetings and investigations
Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement
Qualifications
Experience/Skills:-
Previous experience in a similar role
NEBOSH or equivalent
Extensive experience and understanding of management system standards Attributes
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Confident, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Efficient, with great attention to detail.
Committed to continuous learning and development.
