Job description

Role Overview:
We seek a seasoned Nursing Home Registered Manager with a background in overseeing Nursing/Residential homes, adeptness in managing CQC inspections, and a comprehensive understanding of care service operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and assured leader, capable of upholding the highest standards of care in line with company protocols while vigilantly monitoring outcomes.

Requirements:
– Registered Nurse (RGN) or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager
