Litigation Legal Secretary, Omagh.

Busy, dynamic and reputable law firm wishes to recruit an experience legal secretary for their head office in Omagh to work alongside their busy litigation team.

Main Duties are as follows:

• Audio typing of legal documents
• To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her fee earner if requested.
• To provide support to other secretaries and fee earners when required.
• Dealing with clients directly and in-directly.

The suitable candidate will have the following:

• Audio and PA skills.

• Ideally have experience in RTA / General Litigation

  Our client is flexible on hours, so if you are looking for a 4 day week this will be considered upon application.
