Description

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction.
• Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation.
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation and standards.
• Contribute to the organisation's strategic planning.
• Represent the organisation's financial interests in stakeholder meetings.

Profile

A successful Associate Director of Finance should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• Proven strategic financial leadership in the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for promoting the wellbeing of children and vulnerable people.

Job Offer
