Description
- Provide strategic financial leadership and direction.
- Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the financial sustainability of the organisation.
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation and standards.
- Contribute to the organisation's strategic planning.
- Represent the organisation's financial interests in stakeholder meetings.
Profile
A successful Associate Director of Finance should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Proven strategic financial leadership in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Experience leading and developing a finance team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for promoting the wellbeing of children and vulnerable people.
Job Offer
