Job Description
An experienced Global Process Owner (D365) to co-develop business processes that drive our strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency across projects and ERP applications.
In addition, this role will involve governing process change across the organisation through the established governance framework.
Initially, the role is for six months, with potential for extension, and requires the successful candidate to be on site up to two days per week, as and when needed.
Responsibilities: - Drive global ERP features aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead efforts to standardise and optimise global business processes.
- Oversee end-to-end process design, incorporating controls.
- Collaborate on global business process development within the operating model.
- Influencing stakeholders effectively during process evolution to adapt to change positively.
- Implement a formal process management toolkit for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Global Process Owner/Product Owner in an international setting
- Proven track record delivering processes and governance in ERP (Dynamics 365) or digital projects/applications.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is essential.
- Strong people management skills, particularly in high-pressure environments.
- A history of sustainable, transformative process improvements.
- Ability to navigate the complexities of multinational operations adeptly.
- Skill in understanding customer needs to drive impactful decision-making.
- Effective communication skills.
