Job description
Chartered Surveyor needed in Gosport £237-£300per day ref 5245106
Experienced GP Surveyor required to undertake mainly landlord and tenant work, lease renews, open market rent reviews and full range of GP surveying duties.
Successful candidate will be based at Gosport Head Office, High Street, Gosport. minimum 4 days a week or as agreed from time to time.
Reporting to Head of Commercial Property (Gosport) this is a demanding position with considerable pressure to uplift and update the commercial property portfolio.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
