Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a LARGE NEWLY REFRUBISHED practice in the AFFLUENT TOWN of Daventry, Northamptonshire.
•             £14 per UDA
•             £30,000 RETENTION BONUS over 3 years
•             EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL - AFFLUENT LOCATION
•             50% split on Private & Lab Bills
•             7 Associates and 2 Hygiene Therapists
•             A dedicated Treatment Coordinator
•             Hygienists & therapist operating each day of the week who work out of a dedicated hygienist surgery and who work closely with the dentists enabling dentists to focus more on their private earning opportunities 
•             Fullly computerised surgeries - 6 Surgery practice equipped with the new Dentally Software & patient portal
•             OPG Machine / CBCT Scanner
•             iTero scanners
•             DSLR Cameras
•             Digital x-rays & Rotary Endodontics with Apex Locators
•             Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants and Invisalign
•             Dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers
•             Mon - Sat 8.30 - 17.30
•             Continuing professional development with CPD support
•             Further education/qualification funding and support
•             Staff referral schemes, rewards up to £10,000
•             On-site parking 
•             Available Immediately, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
