MIDDAY ASSISTANT – Required from 8 April 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Band 1, Points 2 – 3 (£22,336 - £22,737), Pro Rata: £3,878 - £3,943 per annum

1.5 hours per day over lunchtime, Monday to Friday, Term time only, 7.5 hours per week

Due to a vacancy, we are looking to appoint a Midday Assistant to join our team at lunchtime. Candidates will need to have a friendly, positive outlook and enjoy spending time with children. 

The successful candidate will need to:

• supervise children aged 4 -11 over their lunchtime in the Dining Hall

• support and encourage play in the playground

• be a strong team player who can work collaboratively as part of the wider team of Midday Assistants

• follow and implement all School policies

• administer basic first aid (training provided)
