- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or organisational
setting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email marketing platforms, and content management
systems. - Familiarity with communication tools and technologies, including intranet platforms,
collaboration software, and social media. - Creative thinking and critical thinking skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the
organisation.
