Senior Digital Content Executive
Near Crawley, 2 days office, 3 days WFH
£35,000 – £37,500
We are working with a long established and successful business in North Sussex. Their large marketing team is looking for a skilled content creator with excellent copywriting skills to join the team. They are looking for someone who is not just a creative copywriter, but also someone who can research and plan engaging content for their website to improve customer experience.
Responsibilities for the Digital Content Executive job include:
- Use in-depth knowledge gained through research, analysis and tools such as Google Analytics and Content Square to support decisions about website content, CRO and influence the overall website content strategy.
- implementing their content strategy across all website channels.
- Work closely with the SEO agency and the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver best practice copy, technical and on-page optimisation with a key focus on increasing Organic traffic.
- Liaise with wider marketing team to ensure that content about products and services is relevant, accurate and effectively promotes benefits to support the company in meeting its objectives.
- Assist the Digital Manager in governing the content platforms, including the CMS and Content Planner Tool, and implementing their content strategy across all website channels.
- Work closely with the external SEO agency and the wider marketing team to deliver best practice copy, technical and on-page optimisation with a key focus on increasing Organic traffic.
For this Content Marketing Executive job, you should be:
- Worked in a similar content creation job for at least 3 years.
- Educated to degree level, ideally in Marketing or English, or another relevant subject
- Have excellent copywriting skills
- Have a solid understand and working knowledge of SEO best practise
- Experience within the digital publishing environment and of creating, editing and publishing content would be advantageous.
- Previously managed multiple projects at any one time and meeting deadlines
- Experience with EPiServer and other CMS platforms would be advantageous.
- Confident when presenting work and ideas
