Trilogic Recruitment is representing our client, a Managed Service Provider based in the East Midlands, in their search for a 3rd Line Senior Technical Support Engineer / Project Manager.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies across various client sites and industries. Responsibilities include providing escalation support to the 1st and 2nd line teams, writing policies and procedures for customers, proactively identifying and addressing issues, and engaging in pre-sales project planning and analysis. Key tasks involve managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server and Azure environments, deploying and migrating to Microsoft 365 cloud services, and working with Hyper-V and VMWare infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in an MSP environment as a 3rd line engineer, with a strong background in Azure/Microsoft 365. They should possess excellent customer-facing skills, be proactive, and have the ability to troubleshoot and investigate problems effectively. An MCSE/MCITP Qualification is preferred.

Benefits

• This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £40,000,00-£55,000.00 per year.

• The role involves a mixture of working from home and the office, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Candidates must be mobile and hold a UK driving license.
