Job description
In response to the increasing awareness of the energy sector's importance, we are working with our client who is a trade association in the Energy market to find a public affairs professional to join a brand-new role in their Strategic Communications directorate.
This role as Public Affairs Manager entails developing and executing their public affairs strategy. You will have a pivotal role in engaging with government bodies, parliamentarians, civil servants, devolved administrations, and external collaborators.
The significance of this role is particularly pronounced in the lead-up to the General Election. Therefore, prior experience in crafting and implementing public affairs strategies, ideally in high-profile contexts, and effectively briefing political stakeholders on critical policy matters, is essential.

Our client operates a hybrid working environment from their office in Central London, meeting as a team when required with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
