Job description

We are looking for an organised, dedicated and committed individual ready to step up to the next level as an Apex Prime Care Care Coordinator.

Apex Prime Care is a family-run home care company with branches located across the south coast. Whilst our clients vary in age, care needs, and lifestyle, they have all chosen to live in the comfort and security of their own homes. As a family run business, we know the importance of caring for our loved ones and have a wide range of services to reflect this.

The salary is £26,000 per annum to include 10 x on call shifts a month including one weekend.

Key Responsibilities
Roster care calls
Maintain accurate records
Manage the day-to-day running of the service.
This will involve communication with employees, clients and other health care professionals.
Other duties will include, hands-on care, client assessments, staff supervisions and assisting with the on-call phone.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in either Home Care or Care Homes
A full driving licence and a car are essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Respect for Confidentiality
Dedication & Commitment to display empathy and understanding
Ability to work to deadlines
NVQ/QCF 2 Health and Social Care Essential – Level 3 desirable
