Job description
Speak to clients either on the telephone or via video chat; gather relevant background information, then research the issue and relay the best options back to the clients. You will help clients to find solutions to their issues. We will support you with full training and support throughout your volunteering experience. This will help to develop your communication skills, using case management systems and help people in the community.
We are a local charity offering free, confidential and independent advice and information to people in Peterborough. We help them find a way forward with their issues and problems
Peterborough - but can volunteer from home.
