Job description

A privately owned Tier 1 contractor with over 170 years of experience within the construction industry, are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in the South-East.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Review subcontractor quotes and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare CVR reports and financial statements.
• Strategically monitoring and reducing financial risk.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Degree educated within Quantity Surveying or similar discipline.
• Familiarity with JCT construction contract.
• Experience working with a reputable contractor within the construction industry.
