Job description

We are looking for a motivated and client focused individual to join our Funds team in Guernsey.

 

As Funds Senior Administrator, you will take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of funds, companies and other structures ensuring that first class service is provided to clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for supporting other team members during such tasks. You may also be required to support the business with other tasks such as company secretarial

 

Knowledge and Experience

Professional and Technical Experience

The successful applicant will have experience of working with High Net Worth clients and on complex structures within the Fund field and will demonstrate first class client service delivering against the needs and demands of their clients. The role holder is expected to have a sound knowledge of current issues affecting Fund structures and the clients for whom we act, including open and closed ended funds. Experience of client onboarding, company secretarial and/or CDD would be an advantage.

They will be self-motivated and focused on exceeding targets and goals and be supportive and respectful to the team and colleagues.

Language Skills

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and an understanding of other languages is desirable.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

The role holder will ideally be educated to A-Level standards, with 2+ years’ experience in the finance industry.
