Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to improve digital channel performance
- Measure, analyse and report on digital channel performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities for digital channel optimisation and growth
- Monitor and report on competitor digital channel activities
- Ensure all digital channels align with company brand and business objectives
- Collaborate with the digital team to implement SEO best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 digital performance specialists
The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital Channel Performance Lead should have:
- Proven expertise in digital channel optimisation and performance measurement
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of the technology & telecoms industry
