Busy Bee Recruitment are currently working with a national Care and Education company who specialise in providing residential living facilities alongside SEN schooling for young people with learning difficulties and complex health needs. We currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced, energetic, and committed Administrator to join their team working to support their Care team.

Role and responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with the Management team
• Ensuring care plans for young people are delivered and adjusted where applicable with continual quality care reviews.
• Working closely with residents to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential
• Attend to the resident’s practical, physical and emotional needs including personal care
• Completion of medication rounds
• Completing written reports and documentation daily
• Liaison with families and other health professionals
• Leading the team on your relevant shifts, being responsible for all events
• Hold supervisions for existing staff members and induct new employees
• Rota planning and shift coordination

What we are looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in residential childcare
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience working within a administrative role preferably in a similar setting
• A good understand of safeguarding procedures within Social care
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Right to work in the UK
• Satisfactory references
