Wayman Group is currently seeking a Biology Teacher to join the team at a great school in Barnet. This full-time position will start in April, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to providing an exceptional education to students. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons that inspire and challenge students

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the school's Biology program and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialization in Biology or a related subject
• Prior experience teaching Biology, preferably at the secondary level
• Passion for Biology and a commitment to student success
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Continual professional development to stay current with advances in Biology education
