Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator/Welder
About the Role:
Our client has an immediate vacancy for a qualified Tig Welder Fabricator working alongside a small, dedicated team of sheet metal workers/fabricators, you will be responsible for, and must have experience in:
- Fabricating jobs to an acceptable quality standard using engineering drawings works instructions/specifications and Manufacturing Information Documents.
- Fabricating bespoke products from mild/stainless steel and aluminium.
- Experience in MIG and a willingness to learn Tig welding is essential.
- Self-checking and being accountable for own quality of work.
- Driving license is essential as will be required to regularly work on various sites.
- A forklift license would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience using general fabrication workshop equipment.
This role requires the applicant to be:
- Able to work individually or within a small team of sheet metal workers/fabricators.
- Able to read customer and engineering drawings.
- The role will suit a motivated person who takes pride in their work fabricating bespoke products.

Company Benefits:
- Hours: Monday – Thursday 7.00 am – 4.00 pm and Friday 7.00 am – 1.00 pm
- Over-time available – Paid at Time and a Half Saturday, Currently Full 7 Hour days and Double Time Sunday
