Mansfield District Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead and manage the Revenues & Benefits Service.
As an experienced manager with extensive Revenues and Benefits knowledge, you will need to have an accomplished record of digital service delivery and channel shift. Your primary objective is to provide continuity through the drive towards a greater digital presence and service, combining this with direction and support for the team.
The successful candidate will bring experience, collaborative leadership and commitment to the service in line with the Council’s competency framework. Are you innovative and ambitious to deliver for the communities that we serve, with the background and professional knowledge to inspire teams and bring energy, excellent management skills and solutions to the challenges we face?
