Commercial Litigation Associate - Manchester
BCL is working with a leading disputes team of this national firm, recruiting a commercial litigation solicitor to be based at its offices in Manchester
The Role
Working alongside a recognised Partner handling commercial litigation and public law to include;
- High-profile Judicial Reviews
- Substantial data projects
- Shareholder disputes
- Bringing and defending senior employee and director restrictive covenant Injunctions
- Media/reputation management including for leading members of political parties
- Complex and high value contract disputes
- Procurement challenges
Requirements
- 0-2 qualified solicitor
- Experience gained in a recognised commercial disputes team with a national / international firm
- Excellent academics
- Genuine interest in Public Law
- Experience of high court litigation
