Axcis Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team, focusing on supporting a pupil with challenging behaviour in a primary school In Wallasey. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a primary school student with challenging behaviour.
• Implement and adapt behaviour management strategies to meet the individual needs of the student.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages the student's engagement and participation in class activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to the individual needs of the student.
