Full time Nanny- Carshalton- May start
We are looking for a pro-active, kind and energetic Nanny to join a busy family of 3 based in Carshalton. The Nanny will provide sole charge care for a delightful little boy who will be aged 10 months upon commencement of the role. The Nanny will be responsible for all aspects of care for the baby boy, both inside and outside of the home. The family are looking for a Nanny who is confident with the developmental stages and milestones as their baby grows from a baby to a toddler, they also are looking for someone who is proactive in finding local groups and activities to aid in his social interactions, and being on top of interactive play within the home such as messy play, crafts and sensory activities. The Nanny will be responsible for preparing, healthy and nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, as well as ensuring the babies washing is kept on top of! The Nanny will be expected to follow the nap routine the parents have in place. This role is a sole charge position, the parents are rarely at home when they are working (maximum one day a week Dad may be WFH) so it is essential the Nanny is confident working independently and supporting a busy household. The ideal characteristics the family are looking for is someone who is loving, fun and playful, and someone who can become a genuine part of their family unit long term. This is a full time role, Monday- Friday, 8AM-6PM- totalling 50 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role is to start the last week of May, to allow for shadowing days with Mum. The family are based in Carshalton, and require a driver as a condition of the role. Salary for this role is £36,400- £39,000 Gross per annum. We will consider all levels of experience for this role including nursery practitioners, childminders and teachers. It is however essential that the Nanny has experience with under 1’s.
