THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly experienced senior PPC manager to run our campaigns and monitor our sizable paid search budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in the principles of search engine marketing, with clear evidence of being able to manage, deliver efficiency and volume through a robust strategy, whilst being able to adjust and flex where needed to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)


WHAT YOU WILL DOING AS PPC MANAGER


• Design, implement, and monitor strategies across ad groups to deliver quality leads at target cost of acquisition.
• Monitor intra-day performance and adapt bidding strategies to drive high-quality traffic to our websites according to performance and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Design and Web colleagues to maximise CTL on paid landing pages through ongoing CRO.
• Work with SEO Manager to continually drive and deliver the optimum oneSERP, ensuring maximum volume and efficiency in our lower funnel channels.
• Work with our brand and MI teams to identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
• Support the delivery of campaigns in collaboration with the creative, campaign, content, and web team.
• Recommend improvements in process and productivity optimisation.
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing team to deliver a road map of paid search tactics.
• Generation and dissemination of management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends.
• Prepare and present weekly reports for the business.
• Manage the direct relationship with search engine providers and stay constantly up to date digital marketing trends and best practise.
• Work closely with team members to deliver a collaborative strategy and drive high-quality traffic to core sites.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


• Excellent understanding of current PPC techniques and methods.
• A proven track record of driving results through PPC.
• Strong organisational skills and initiative.
• Thorough understanding of GA4, SA360, SEM rush, and other PPC research tools.
• Diplomatic and persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be agile, proactive, and reactive to deliver defined KPIs.
• Confident with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Methodical way of working and ability to prioritise.
• Excellent understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

*Please note we can offer this role remotely, with travel to our Kettering head office required for conferences and meetings.

Location : Hybrid or Remote working
Full-Time , 37.5 hours per week
Salary : £75,000 - £80,000 per annum DOE
