Assignment Start Date: 2/26/2024

13 weeks Days/Afternoons 810hour shift 40hrs weekly with 32hrs guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Rehab Optima Experience Preferred.
• SNF experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• A current OR State OT license is required.
