Job description
Providing support to over 3’000 customers nationally, our client pride themselves on their excellent aftersales care and are now seeking an Aftersales Administrator / Aftersales Advisor for their site in the Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, S80 region.
Rota: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
Salary: c.£26k-£28k negotiable depending on experience
Report: Service Supervisor and Depot Manager

Applicant requirements:
– Must have industry experience, ideally in HGVs
– Should be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications
– Will possess excellent communication and customer service skills
– Shall be a well-mannered, approachable and be able to work part of a team
– Could be well adverse in dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline and ADP (desirable)
– Might be a natural negotiator with a flair for building internal and external relationships (desirable)
– Can demonstrate a steady career history and back it up with references (desirable)
– Would be able to demonstrate a history of experience within commercial vehicles (desirable)
– Might have work or educative experience in technical awareness of motor vehicles (desirable)
– Should be able to work under pressure in a busy department (desirable)
– Could possess a good technical understanding of company products (desirable)
– May have worked as a Receptionist historically and understands the importance of first impression
– Must have some experience of working within a VMU, Garage, Workshop or Service Department
– Shall acknowledge any sales leads and pass them on accordingly
– Might have worked within a truck sales capacity (desirable)
