What we need from you:

• Constantly striving to deliver the highest level of patient care possible.
• 2 years experience working in a Nursing Home environment.
• Active NMC pin.

What will it look like:

• Assisting the Nurse Manager with the overall running of the home.
• Overseeing & Administering care plans.
• Assisting with on boarding and training of new staff.
• Leading by example.
• Demonstrating compassion.
• Assisting with audits.
