Our client is looking for a talented and collaborative Production Director to join our talented and inclusive AAA Studio team. This full-time Production Director role is based in London and offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including on-site and hybrid working patterns.

As a core member of our Product Management team, you'll join the effort of forming passionate cross-functional teams in crafting incredible experiences for players.

In your first few weeks in this Production Director role, you can expect to:

• Partner closely with the Executive Producer, Production and Game teams to concept, define and implement engaging features, content, and systems that are aimed at improving/addressing key metric needs and targets 
• Be responsible for managing the content and release roadmap 
• Organise with the product team and development management teams to ensure the product vision is matched by a world-class content roadmap that responds directly to what the players love and want 
• Be responsible for both the ongoing critical and commercial success of the game and for building a best-in-class game team
