Job: Sales Administrator
Basic Salary: £26,000-£28,000

Day to day responsibilities include:
Accurately process orders onto our in-house system in a timely fashion
Liaise directly with the customers by telephone and e-mail, ensuring quality customer service in every situation
Work closely with colleagues in the Sales team and in the Warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently
General administrative duties, answering phone calls etc.
The ideal candidate will:
Ideally have worked in a sales/merchandising environment previously
Be confident using Microsoft, particularly Outlook
Be a proficient PC user
Have strong communication skills
Be open to learning how to use new software (full training will be provided)
Working hours 9am - 5pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary negotiable, dependent on experience.
