Our well known client are looking to recruit a Chef to join their amazing team in Carlisle. Position: 2nd Chef
Location: Carlisle
Salary: £28,000
Type: Permanent
What you will be doing as a Second Chef?
* Prepare fresh ingredients
* Prepare hot and cold food orders to order
* Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process
* Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste
* Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
* Close down kitchen each day including preparation for the following day.
