- Fair pay rates expected OTE year one £60,000 based on average pay across our associates with uncapped bonuses.
- Shifts no longer than 4 - 6 hours. This will include a mixture of days with early and late starts over 32.5 hrs per week in practice + 3 hours training, 1 hr admin, 1 hr coaching/mentoring through 1 on 1 s each week. What We Will Provide For You: A comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package of £43,000 - £96,000 per annum
Salary
- Associate will receive a guaranteed base salary, which will be discussed at your interview based on experience and skill set.

Incentives and bonuses
- Monthly bonus scheme in place from day 1 with realistic, achievable on-target earnings with the potential to earn £76,280 pa year one.
- We offer International Associate Chiropractic Applicants a UK Visa arrangement through Tier II Sponsorship for the right person. (worth £1,200)- if needed, we will help you with the paperwork to help you secure your work visa (including immediate family)
- Reimbursement of £1000 of the exam fee for the TOC with the GCC for successful candidates
- Initial bridging loan up to £4,000 to help you with relocation assistance - to make the move for you and your family as stress-free as possible)

What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality hands-on chiropractic care, understanding that the chiropractic adjustment is the cornerstone of the service we provide with presence, connection and a consistent experience to every client who walks through our doors
- Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients do what they love better.
- Build your local relationships and partnership referral sources and delight clients to encourage referrals to support the development of your caseload.
- Ensure all Chiropractic procedures are followed, improved and implemented.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education from within the organization and external resources.
- Engage in organised internal and local events to support the development of your caseload.
- Recall missed appointments to keep them accountable for achieving their evolving goals.
- Reconnect with clients who have dropped off care to see if we can do anything for them, and keep us top of mind.
- Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Chiro on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow
- Contribute to your team by collaborating on written, audio and video content for the website and across our social channels.
- Cover your teammates when required.
Who We're Looking For:
- A great work ethic and desire to achieve great results
- You are a licensed Chiropractor or license eligible in the United Kingdom recognised by the GCC.
- You put your client's needs first, as demonstrated through behaviours such as co-managing and referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or 'dropped' clients, willingness to come early or stay late, etc.
- You are coachable, advocate your growth and development, and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Therapist, and fellow clinicians.
- You take personal responsibility in everything you do, and you love to be held and hold each other accountable to high standards of behaviour and performance. You thrive in an environment where measurement and feedback drive accomplishment, recognition and reward.
- You have grit and perseverance for the team's long-term and meaningful goals, and you can persist and stay committed when you face obstacles.
- You are a team player, other orientated and care personally not only about your growth by ensuring the development and credit of your entire team.
- You are collaborative and see the importance and impact of working closely with your centre's team.
- You are resourceful and adaptable and contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviours such as willingness to create and document content, mentor students/clinicians, cover shifts, attend clinic events/workshops, etc.
