Job description

B2B Sales Development Representative

Are you looking for a telemarketing agency that actually puts people first? If so our client, Paragon Marketing may be the perfect fit for you. They put their clients and their staff at the forefront of everything they do.

A bit about them:

Founded in late 2017 and they've been disrupting the market with their proven approach to telemarketing. They are a specific B2B telemarketing agency which means they only target businesses, with their dedicated campaigns.

Paragon's Values are simple: Forefront, Ambitious, Make it Happen.

They believe in delivering what a client actually needs as opposed to trying to continually upsell to make more money. They work with their clients to understand their business, so they are in the best position to deliver recommendations as to what the best course of action is for them personally. There is never a one-size-fits-all.

If this kind of work ethic sits well with you, then read on to see if their Sales Development Representative position is right for you.

The role:

They’re looking for an ambitious and driven SDR with a knack for having great conversations with prospects. You will be responsible for delivering telemarketing campaigns for a variety of different clients that they work with. There will be an opportunity to get involved with other aspects of campaign management, including reporting, clients briefing, data analysis.

As an SDR, your role will involve the account management of a number of key clients so you must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people. If you are one to hide behind emails, I’m afraid this role isn’t for you. They love to build lasting relationships with their clients so they are regularly on the phone catching up with them or proposing some new ideas.

An absolute MUST for this role is a sense of humour and a love of dogs!!!! They have regular doggy days in the office.

There is a real opportunity for development within this role and the ability to learn new skills.

They don’t want to go into the usual boring ‘You must be able to: effectively pitch prospects’ etc etc etc blah blah blah as that’s just core to the job. However, additionally, it would be desirable if you have skills in any of the following areas; sales, excel, customer services, telemarketing.

Rather than go into loads of detail on the role specification they’d rather have a chat with you via MS Teams, or invite you into their offices to talk further about the opportunity.

Put it this way, if you have a passion for marketing and want to work with a rapidly growing telemarketing agency, then give them a shout or pop over your CV.
