Competitive remunerations on offer for a Residential Property Solicitor within a top tier practice in Birmingham.

Due to expansion, we are now actively seeking a dynamic Residential Property Solicitor in the Birmingham area. Utilising your skills and experience in this field, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload of residential property transactions and participate in business development initiatives to promote theirs and the departments services, working alongside the Partner for the Firm.

Responsibilities

• New build
• Freehold and leasehold matters
• Development transactions
• Streamlining processes
• Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
• Staff training and development
• Participation in business development and marketing

The Candidate

• A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Technically proficient in all aspects of residential property
• Possesses sound knowledge of referral arrangements
• IT literate and willing to embrace new developments
• Be pro-active, personable and professional
• Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
