Project Manager – Construction/Apartments – Manchester

We are working with a Northwest based contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to lead one of their prestigious projects in Manchester. The role is primarily residential apartments – high rise along with a large scale refurbishment of an historic building. Multi million scheme.

The role would suit someone from a Commercial build background and someone with experience of refurbishment.

Roles, Skills and Qualifications

–Leading the Project, overseeing site management team
–Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing
–Developing project programmes
–Client facing, working alongside local authorities
–Organising and Managing sub contractors
–Working alongside commercial and design teams
–Chairing project meetings
–Providing weekly/monthly reports
–SMSTS
–First aid
–HNC/HND in Construction
–CSCS Managers card – NVQ level 6 +
–Previous experience of leading multi million construction project
–Driving Licence
–Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
–Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage
