SEND Team Manager
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Team Manager to join our organization. As a SEND Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with special needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with SEND and who has strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the SEND team
Provide effective leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the achievement of set targets and deadlines
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team members, providing regular feedback and support
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in relation to SEND provision
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to identify and address the needs of individuals with SEND
Oversee the allocation and coordination of resources to ensure efficient service delivery
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work)
Minimum of [2 years] experience working with individuals with SEND
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to SEND
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for administrative tasks

End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Day: £180.43
