In-house Lawyer - Debt Collection

Job description

Full or part time positions for an award-winning private healthcare group seeking an additional lawyer to join their in-house legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Group Legal Director, you will be handling various contentious matters which will include contractual disputes and complains
• You will be working closely with external counsel on various debt collection, property and commercial matters
• Provide advice to the procurement team and draft and negotiate various commercial contracts such as supply and service agreements
• Assist with the processing of data requests

We are looking for:

• You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and have 2 years + PQE*
• Experienced dealing with debt collection, including county court action is essential
• You will be litigation trained
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector is desirable
