Job description

To administer the day to day operations involving all vehicles by liaising with suppliers, hirers and clients in order to ensure a quality of service is maintained and clients needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Duties include:-

• Proactive management of hire vehicles in order to guarantee the quality of the vehicles and the service provided

Key Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills, full training will be provided on rental systems
• Attention to detail

Key Relationships
• Professional relationship with client base and suppliers
• Professional relationship with Hirers.
