Overall Objective and Scope:
Were looking to add a talented individual take on a full-time remote position based in Watford, Hertfordshire. A minimal amount of travel will be required. This is a dual role at a market leading and very active company. This role will see the successful candidate managing the complete sale cycle and the implementation of our Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme for clients within the SME sector (up to 500 employees).
Strong relationship building skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism and customer service are essential to success in this role. Whilst attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills will be vital.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop deployment plans, integration requirements, prioritisation, and overall management over the life cycle of the projects.
- Dealing with a wide range of requests from SME enquiries, tender submissions, proposals, and employee benefit providers as first point of contact.
- Handling new SME enquiries by email, phone or via the website and assisting customers using the online systems where needed.
- Leading Webex meetings and occasional face to face meetings with new clients to their premises if required.
- Assist with completion of tenders and proposals as required for SME accounts Lead planning and management of multiple client implementations.
- Manage expectations and deliverables during implementation.
- Create a project plan for each SME customer in implementation and actively manage the implementation of these schemes to launch.
- Raise and manage contractual agreements internally and externally.
- Set up internal systems to the customers requirements ready for launch.
- Submit and manage credit requests with the panel of funding partners.
- Active communication with the customer and direct reports.
- Building relationships with prospective customers, internal departments and employee benefit providers own sales and account managers to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
- Develop an understanding of employee tax legislation, car policies and procedures and to be able to explain these at different seniority levels.
- Assist with marketing campaigns follow up and prospect research.
- Extensive use of our CRM system, Salesforce.
