Early Years Assessor

Trigon Recruitment are looking to hire an Early Years Assessor to guide and inspire the next generation of Early Years talent.

You will be working with a leading education provider that specialises in hairdressing, early years, care, transport, business skills, and adult education. Established nearly 40 years ago, they have a strong reputation and provide a platform for their staff to flourish within their roles.

You Will Need:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
• An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
• Experience in building and managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Assessor, you will be a crucial support for learners pursuing Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses in the North/West London region . Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a caseload of learners through face-to-face and remote interactions.
• Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications.
• Providing tailored solutions to enhance learners' experiences and career development.
• Utilising an e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.
