Job Title: Lead Enterprise Architect - DDAT
Duration: 8-Month Contract
Location: Hybrid, 1 day per month required onsite
Rate: £660/day
AN EXISTING SC CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
We are seeking a Lead Technical Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering architecture services for our esteemed government client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of digital, data, and technology initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of architecture strategies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and resilience of our organisation.
- Represent the architectural interests of our client in external communities, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to support organisational strategy development.
- Offer design assurance and governance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide specialist advice in architecture (technology, business, data) to facilitate effective delivery of corporate outcomes and change activities.
- Take a proactive role in shaping business and technical capabilities to drive innovation and excellence.
Skills and Behaviours:
- Demonstrated ability in "Seeing the Big Picture," understanding the broader context and implications of architectural decisions.
- Proficiency in "Making Effective Decisions," utilising analytically skills and sound judgement to drive impactful outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture roles, preferably within government or similar sectors.
- Proficiency in the UK Government's Digital, Data, and Technology (DDAT) profession capability framework.
- Evidence of DDAT skill levels applicable to the role.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in architecture or related fields are desirable.
