Description of the role:
- Handling general customer enquires
- Processing customer orders by email or via the website
- Check stock availability for customer orders
- Processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting the office with general administration tasks
- Preparing shipping documents and liaising with couriers
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred.
