Health, Safety & Facilities Compliance Coordinator Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone Hours: 22.5 hours per week, working over 3 days, Monday to Friday Salary: £23,000-£26,000 (FTE) depending on experience Benefits: Competitive Salary, Free secure parking, Private Health Insurance, 33 Days Annual Leave Do you have experience working in Health & Safety? Are you an experienced Compliance Administrator looking for the next step in your career? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety & Facilities Compliance Coordinator to join our hospital. Role Responsibilities include: Attend relevant operational meetings prepare paperwork, provide accurate minutes and actions from these meetings, log and follow up action points from relevant meetings and audits. To assist in implementing a robust filing and reporting system for all relevant information for FM management and as regulatory compliance ensuring records are updated Assist in keeping the Planned Preventative Maintenance database accurate and up to date. Assist in implementing robust processes for logging, maintaining and reporting for reactive maintenance ‘requests for work’ from all department. Provide information on a monthly basis to compare actual against targeted KPIs. Monitor the level of compliance across the hospital in relation to H&S, Fire and COSHH and report to the H&S Officer / COO. Ensure staff are aware of the existence of, and updates to, health and safety procedures and processes. Assist with investigation reports where required Person Specification: Good level of general education, including Maths & English (equivalent of 5 GCSEs grade C or above).
