Our porters are some of our hardest workers, they are integral to the success of the business. Helping our guests and your colleagues is what makes you tick. Friendly, proactive and with a keen eye for detail are the fundamental qualities of our porters.
As a member of our housekeeping team, you will:
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all departments have the necessary stock, when then need them
- Transport linen and towels to and from the spas where necessary
- Be on hand to assist guests with heavy luggage on check in and check out
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrates a high attention to detail
- Is self-motivated and organised
- Has the ability to work on a team, as well as on your own
- Is comfortable with guests and has strong customer care
- Can effectively solve problems under pressure
