Job description
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Power Automate development and delivery.
Role Overview: The Power Automate Developer will play a critical role in supporting the DSA (Digital Services Agency) by working on the Digital Backlog. This role will primarily focus on migrating existing InfoPath applications and creating new workflows. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and providing training on the applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration of InfoPath Applications:
- Lead the migration process of existing InfoPath applications to Power Automate workflows.
- Ensure a seamless transition while maintaining functionality and data integrity.
- Workflow Development:
- Create efficient and effective workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement automation solutions.
- Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of Power Automate workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for optimization.
- Training and Upskilling:
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill team members in the effective use of Power Automate workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with the client on-site, based in Bristol, for a minimum of 1 day a week.
- Foster strong working relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Location: Hybrid, 1 day a week in South West England with travel expenses covered.
