We have a exciting opportunity at our OneSchool Global UK for a forward thinking, highly motivated Regional Principal to join the Senior Principal Team To deliver against the 2024 OneSchool Global Strategic Plan.

The Regional Principal is ultimately accountable to the Regional Director of Education and is responsible for a group of Campuses within a Region; ensuring consistency in the delivery of the curriculum, Learning to Learn Framework and school operations in line with the Global vision, values, and strategy. Strategically directing the work of Campus Principals to build a high performance team aligned with the OSG Personas, ensuring accountability for delivery of ambitious strategic goals. Working with the local Campus Administrator Team, Campus Board Regional Team Leaders to ensure rigorous governance. The Regional Principal works as part of the Regional Support Office team to deliver a consistent strategy for Campus support and communication with all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency in the delivery of the curriculum, the Learning to Learn Framework and school operations in line with the Global vision, values, and strategy.
• Strategically direct the work of Campus Principals to build a high performance team aligned with the OSG Personas, ensuring accountability for delivery of ambitious strategic goals.
• Working with the local Campus Administrator Team, Campus Board Regional Team Leaders to ensure rigorous governance. Work as part of the Regional Support Office team to deliver a consistent strategy for Campus support and communication with all stakeholders.
• Strategically direct and hold Campus Principals accountable for Quality Assurance of Teaching and Learning, leadership, student outcomes, stakeholder engagement and governance across Campuses
• Provide professional coaching and mentoring to Campus Principals in order to develop the quality, consistency, accountability and impact of leadership at every level in the Campus.
• Ensure OSG Timetable and Curriculum are correctly implemented and maintained, ensure Subject Selection Policy is fully implemented, ensure Campus Principals drive engagement and outcomes within the Career Advancement Program, and that they fully connect with the OSG Pathways program for students approaching graduation.
• Effective scrutiny of all Campuses against the relevant statutory regulations for accreditation, registration and inspection. Holding Campus Principals to account for ensuring all relevant statutory regulations are met.
• Ensure Campus Principals maintain an accurate analysis of student outcomes, growth and achievement, and ensure robust plans are in place for raising achievement and growth for all students, subjects and teachers.
• Work strategically with Campus Principals and HR to ensure appropriate and consistent application of policy and procedure at each Campus
• Work with the Regional Financial Controller, Head of HR, and Regional Executive Committee to ensure Campus and Regional expenditure aligns with allocated budget, provide budget and expenditure forecasts
• Hold senior educational leaders and Campus Principals to account for maintaining Campus resources in line with the budget.
• Lead strategic planning and communication for one or more Regional portfolios as directed.
• Engage with Global Regional Principal meetings and strategic initiatives as directed by the Regional Director of Education.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders, initiating and leading contact, meetings, webinars and assemblies as required
• Support, develop, review and implement policy and procedure
• There is a requirement to travel around the region, including overnight stays when required, and the ability to attend out-of-hours meetings.
