To manage the Property & Contracts Legal team including the provision of strategic oversight and direction and day to day management of the team;
Significant knowledge and experience of contract and procurement and at least one of the following areas: regeneration, property and planning;
Significant experience of public law issues, for example decision-making, state aid and powers;
To lead cross-council corporate and significant projects or working in a lead role with a range of senior clients, members, or other stakeholders;
To deputise for the Head of Legal and Democracy in their absence.
Local government experience is essential.
