Bench Joiner

Rise Joinery Ltd, are recruiting for an experienced, qualified bench joiner, to manufacture quality bespoke timber windows, doors, staircases and other solid timber products.

Bench Joiner day to day duties:

• Manufacturing sash windows, casement windows, doors and door frames
• Fitting iron monger
• Gluing up
• Sanding

Bench Joiner requirements:

• Use of woodwork machinery would be an advantage
• Background in architectural joinery not Site carpenters or cabinet makers

Candidates will be required to work on their own initiative and take a Job on from start to finish, using traditional and modern joinery techniques. An ability to use woodworking machines would be an advantage, 2nd year apprenticeship applicants would be considered.
