Althea Park House is a specialist residential home providing medium to long-term support and treatment for young people and young adults (aged 16-25) suffering from eating disorders and other associated complex mental health difficulties. The role is based at Althea Park House, a 7 bedded home for young adults (16-25). We also have The Anchor, a 3 bedded semi-independent step-down home (18+) on the Althea Park House site. Our therapeutic model focuses on supporting our service users to build a life outside of the confines of their eating disorder or indeed, mental illness. We work hard to support those that live in our homes, to build their own resilience, sense of self and ability to connect with the world around them. We are fortunate to be able to do this in a warm, homely environment, within the beautiful Stroud Valleys, in Gloucestershire. The role is to provide administrative support for to a 10-bedded residential home. This is primarily concerned with: - Supporting HR functions including recruitment - Petty cash - Payroll - eLearning support - Writing meeting minutes The successful candidate will require a good working knowledge of MS office and be able to learn to use a number of supporting IT systems.
